Ordering and shipping
Where do you ship?
To all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
How long does delivery take?
Delivered in 7–12 business days with tracking. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
$4.99 per order, free on orders over $30.00.
Can I change my order?
Email support@rechargeablehandwarmers.com as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order until it ships.
Using your hand warmers
How do I charge them?
Use the included USB-C cable with any USB wall adapter or computer port. Charge fully before first use. Most warmers show the charge level with indicator lights.
How long does a charge last?
Usually 4 to 8 hours depending on the heat setting and the outside temperature. See the product page for your model.
Can I use them while charging?
Follow the instructions that come with your warmers. As a rule, let them charge on a hard, non-flammable surface and do not cover them while charging.
Can I take them on a plane?
Pack them in your carry-on, switched off. Lithium-ion devices should not go in checked luggage. Check your airline's rules before you fly.
Payments and returns
How can I pay?
Checkout is handled by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account, a debit or credit card (no PayPal account needed in most cases), or PayPal Pay Later where available.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original box can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See the returns policy.
My warmer stopped working. What now?
Email support@rechargeablehandwarmers.com with your order number and a short description. We will troubleshoot with you and replace it if it is faulty.
